Investment Strategy
Our clients are typically smaller sized fast growing companies that seek specialist help beyond that typically offered by the finance houses and mainstream private equity.
Based in the UK our geographic focus is UK & Europe.
Whilst we are sector agnostic, we do have specific interest in financial services, renewable/sustainable technologies, alternative energy, and property sectors.
We generally work with smaller companies with a turnover of less than £20m (GBP)/24m (EUR).
Our clients will often look to us for assistance with their corporate strategy, internal governance, financial planning, capital investment and exit planning.
Our investment size will vary on the opportunity but tends to be anywhere from £0.25m GBP (EUR 0.3m) to £5m GBP (EUR 6m).
A key differentiator from other providers is that we invest our own money alongside any external capital we may raise. This aligns us alongside the client’s shareholders.
